A metal bridge over two pontoon piers is squeaking in the light waves of the elbe river at the hamburg city ferry terminal "fischmarkt", sound of the waves hitting the pier are audible as well. This is the helvetia paddle steamer boat of cgn fleet. It was moored to be renovate and repaired. Little waves make the boat pitch and the big metal rope linking the boat to the quay is producing these nice metallic noises. 48khz schoeps.

Sounds of the "porto mirabello" from la spezia. You will hear sounds of boats tied up in the harbour; sounds of water clashing with the platform; sounds of people chatting; far away you can hear also boats navigate into the port. It was recorded with a zoom h1n (96khz /24bit). Recorded in a sunny, calm-windy afternoon. The sound was no post-processed.
